This Tuesday, we held the grand final of the 6º de Primaria general knowledge competition, following a first round in which all pupils put their knowledge to the test.
Each class put forward one representative: the pupil who had achieved the highest score and would take on the challenge of representing their classmates in the grand final.
Anna Zhurbitskaia from 6º A, Carlota Sierra from 6º B, Bastian Kling from 6º C and Vicente Estruga from 6º D thus reached one of the most eagerly awaited moments of the competition.
The four finalists faced a Kahoot quiz with 45 general knowledge questions. Every answer brought excitement, nerves and a strong desire to get it right. They were competing for a very special prize – two tickets to PortAventura – while also representing their whole class.
After a very exciting final, Bastian from 6º C was named the winner, demonstrating his knowledge, speed and concentration throughout the quiz.
The final reminded us that general knowledge is not acquired overnight. It grows gradually through reading books, keeping up with the newspaper, studying and staying curious.
Knowing more also helps us learn to see the world through different eyes.
Congratulations to all four finalists for their effort, knowledge and for representing their classmates so well! Special congratulations to Bastian, this year’s winner. Enjoy your prize!
