To facilitate the transition between secondary school and high school, we dedicate the first few weeks to adaptation sessions. We assess students to identify their strengths and areas for growth, and develop a personalized plan. At our bilingual high school in Madrid, we encourage teamwork, communication, and human relations, especially during regrouping by itinerary.

Our students have the opportunity to belong to debate teams and represent the school in inter-school tournaments and competitions such as the Debate League of the Xarxa Vives university network.

In this way, our students are trained in various debate techniques, broadly developing their oral skills.

Following their journey at school with learning English, the focus now turns to reaching the highest levels of the Common European Framework of Languages, with most students obtaining the Certificate Advanced in English (CAE, C1) and some the Certificate of Proficiency in English (C2).

Students benefit from the support of an international teaching staff, who not only complement classroom teaching, but also participate in school events using English or French.

In addition, their participation in activities such as the European Youth Parliament, debate and public speaking competitions is encouraged to strengthen their language skills.

In the first year of Baccalaureate, students who have followed the Dual Baccalaureate program complete the American curriculum, allowing validation with the national baccalaureate and access to foreign universities.

Tutors guide students in their academic and personal development through personal interviews. They provide guidance in their vocational orientation, offering the tools and support necessary for an informed choice tailored to the specific profile of each student.

In addition, we organize university orientation days with workshops, round tables and exhibitions on various courses.

The WE programme allows first-year Baccalaureate students to learn about the day-to-day running of a company and gain real work experience, sharing work days with professionals in the sector in which they have shown interest. We aim to help them discover the value of work, the vocation of service and teamwork, and to learn to assume professional responsibility.

The aim of the programme is to accompany students, in their teens, in the crucial moment of finishing their school years and opening up to a future full of hopes and not a few uncertainties. Each student receives the support of a trainer who welcomes them with all their talents and also with their difficulties. With total respect for their freedom and their rhythms, they are accompanied in this process of change, helping them to discover their mission in life and to open themselves with enthusiasm to the challenge of growing towards plenitude.

We educate our students to live together, helping them discover the values ​​that make it possible. This is the objective of our educational discipline: to ensure that they adopt these values ​​in their conduct out of their own conviction and not simply because of the imposition of a regulation.

We use Chromebooks as a tool to foster collaborative and interactive learning. Our digital environment, based on G-Suite for Education, enriches the educational experience by allowing collaboration, communication and secure access to content from anywhere. This ecosystem facilitates classroom management, task organization and educational continuity.

Digital citizenship teaching is integrated into the curriculum, preparing students to be critical and competent citizens in the real and digital world.

In addition, in the Industrial Technology course, geared towards engineering careers, students work with advanced tools such as Arduino, Scratch, 3D printing, augmented reality and app design, promoting essential technological skills.
